GRANTS NOW TOP OVER £4.47m
Trustees awarded new grants in August, totalling £340,00o to some new and some longstanding programmes at National League clubs.
Awards included funding for girls’ programmes at Dagenham & Redbridge and Wrexham, walking football programmes at Weston Super Mare and York City. Further funding was given to support the general programmes at Southport, Chester, Oxford City and Guiseley. Health projects at Lincoln City – Thumbs Up for Health – and Kidderminster Harriers – Harriers Heart Save (an education and first aid training programme) also received support.
