Trust Seeks An Administrator

20 hours a week, flexible | Hybrid working (Birmingham office) | £23,000 to £26,000 pa pro rata | Closing date: 17 August 

We are looking for a talented person who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference through our funding.

With analytical skills that enable you to make good judgements, and with good communications skills – both verbal and written, you will be expected to work under your own initiative as well as part of a small team.

You should have at least three years’ experience in an administrative or similar role and enjoy having a wide range of tasks to manage.

A good working knowledge of Windows 10 is essential and a confident user of Excel and PowerPoint.  Use of any database programme an advantage.

A knowledge of the charitable sector, sport, community development and football in general would be an advantage.

Qualifications/training

Further education qualification desirable (such as HND or degree)

Experience

  • Must be a team player and have the ability to multitask
  • A degree of supervision will be given, but you would be expected to carry out most of your duties unsupervised
